Well, I finally did it. I started working out again. I started with baby steps last week, on the 14th, and I am still taking it easy but starting to put a little more oomph into my workouts now. It actually felt good to get that old familiar muscle burning sensation again.
My goal is to get in as good a shape as I was a few years ago... but that will take some doing. At least my knees have finally improved enough to where I can move around a bit better and my health has been fairly stable lately.
Now if only my neck would stop hurting too.
