One thing at a time, it's all I can do too. It is a problem though, having so many internets and different projects going on. Sometimes I have a hard time choosing which project to work when I am done working on something… or have reached burnout on a project I had been working on for a while. Picking which project to work on also has a lot to do with the mood I am in and how long it has been since I last worked on a project. Still, I do get burned out on everything from time to time and need time away from all of them. That is when the TV and DVDs come in handy. Sometimes I need that couch potato mode for a while to give everything time enough to be fresh when I get back to them.
Working on computers, as long as it is only from time to time, can also be a fun distraction... but I get burned out on that very quickly. It becomes more a chore in very short order, especially when I do four or more computers in succession, like I have been doing lately. At least three of the four computers are mostly done now. My two main computers just need a bit more fine tuning but are mostly done and in use now. I am doing the final touches on the computer I am setting up for my mom; in fact, she could come pick it up today if she wanted to. However, if she waits another day or two I can get a few more extra touches done to it.
Anyway, I am almost done with this computer tech mode and about ready to get back to html, photo prep, and graphics. The other day when Mom called about her computer I was right in the middle of getting a bunch of my better pictures turned into desktop wallpaper. I am looking forward to getting back to that project. It will still be a while before I am ready to display them online though, I will need to design and make the web pages for them first.
Now to a completely different topic, this thread is getting too big. It is taking it too long to load, which means it is getting to heavy with a mass number of posts. I guess it is finally time to retire this thread.
I would like NJ to have the honor of making the last post and locking this thread, since she is the one who started it. So, when you can find some time NJ, go ahead and retire this thread.
